2017 Vendor Registration

Reptile Realms is both pleased and excited to bring you our fourth (and largest) installment of The San Jose Reptile Show on August 19 & 20, 2017 at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds in San Jose. We would like to invite you to participate in the next stage of this great adventure, as we continue to reach more and more people in the SF Bay Area Reptile Community. Your participation is the key to success for this event, and we recognize and value the role you play here and in the Reptile Community. Over the years we have attended expos as customers, had booths as vendors, and built relationships with breeders and other vendors who have told us what they feel makes a successful show. We want you to have a great & profitable time at our event. We want you to walk away thinking “This was a great show! I can’t wait to do it again…” Come help us Escape the Ordinary.

Sunday – August 20, 2016 from 8:00am – 9:30am

Vendor Information and Prices: 

Single Booth – $100
10’ x 10’ with one 8’ Skirted Table, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges, and Electricity*

Double (2 Inline booths) – $200
10’ x 20’ with two 8’ Skirted Tables, 3 Chairs, 3 Vendor Badges, and Electricity*

Corner Booth – $175
10’ x 10’ with two 8’ Skirted Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges, and Electricity*

End Cap (2 Corner Booths) – $250
10’ x 20’ with four 8’ Skirted Tables, 3 Chairs, 3 Vendor Badges, and Electricity*

Island (2 End Caps) – $475
20’ x 20’ with Eight 8’ Skirted Tables, 6 Chairs, 6 Vendor Badges, and Electricity*

Additions:

Extra 8’ Skirted Tables: $20.00 Each
Extra Chairs: No Charge
Extra Vendor Badges: $10.00 Each

Booth Sharing Policy:

We are well aware that some vendors like to share booths to help maximize their profits and minimize their risk. Our booths are more than competitively priced, and include electricity, so we request that vendors wishing to share space pay an extra $25 per 10’ x 10’ booth space that they reserve. Please list the names of additional vendors that will be co-occupying your booth. Any vendor found to be in violation of the booth sharing policy during the event will be asked to pay the sharing fee of $25 plus $15 penalty for each 10’x10’ space that is being shared.

 

*Electricity:

Each booth has permission to connect to Fairgrounds power outlets along the walls at no additional charge. Please bring your own cords and power strips to take advantage of our generous electrical policy.

Non-Profit Booths:

There will be spaces available to a select number of verified non-profit organizations. Please contact us for details.
